I do not know my prescription. What should I do ?
We have your prescription in our database. Please call or email and we’ll take care of everything for you. Our online store is only for previous patients or for those with valid contact lens prescriptions. Non-patients are required to forward their prescriptions before orders are processed.
When will I receive my order ?
Your order ships the same or next business day. Most customers in the GTA receive their order in 3-4 business days. We will notify you if your order is back ordered or will be delayed.
How do I get the mail-in rebates ?
We will mail separately any applicable rebates and invoice to the shipping address you provide. You should receive this within 3-4 business days. Depending on the promotion, some rebates will be emailed directly to you.
Which carrier do you use for delivery ?
We ship using FedEx, Purolator, and ICS courier. Please use a work address or ensure someone is present during business hours to receive your package such as a concierge. Our online mini store can only ship to Canadian addresses.
I do not see my contact lens brand listed, how do I order ?
We have only listed our newest and most popular lenses. If you do not see your contact lens brand on the site, please call or email and we will happily process the order for you.
